Due to the nature of my work, I may not be able to answer your phone call. If calling, please leave a voicemail if you wish for me to call you back. To protect your confidentiality, I do not return calls to callers who do not leave a voicemail.
You are welcome to provide as much or as little detail as you feel comfortable with when first getting in contact. Some people prefer to provide a short introduction about themselves and what they want support for, while others prefer to find out my availability before using the free consultation as an opportunity to talk more.
If you are finding it difficult to choose a therapist, I am happy to answer questions during my free, no-obligation, 15-minute phone call, whether or not you plan to proceed with my services.
I aim to return all correspondence within one working day.
