I offer private therapy and counselling to individuals who are looking to heal and grow. I approach therapy with a warm and supportive presence, offering a safe space for exploration and growth.
Mental health has been a constant thread woven throughout my life, and I have developed a wide range of knowledge and skills that I can use to assist individuals in their journeys. I hold a masters degree in counselling and psychotherapy and I am a registered member of the BACP.
I offer appointments in person from both central Birmingham (Digbeth) and South Birmingham (Kings Norton). I also meet with clients online for those who find online sessions to be more convenient.
Whether you're navigating life transitions, feeling stuck, battling with your past, or embarking on a journey of personal growth and self-exploration, therapy provides a confidential and supportive environment for transformation.
Therapy offers a safe space for individuals grappling with a diverse array of difficulties. This may include depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship issues, grief, low self-esteem, family conflicts, workplace challenges, identity struggles, and issues related to neurodiversity, such as autism and ADHD.

If you feel I might be the right therapist for you, then please contact me via email or phone to arrange a free, no-obligation, 15-minute introductory call.
Our 15-minute call will allow you to ask any questions you have and let me find out about you. We can book in the initial session if you are comfortable to do so.
Our initial session will delve into your therapeutic goals in detail. We will both better understand what issues you are facing and how I can be of service to you, and I will confirm if I am best placed to help you.
If you are happy to proceed then we will continue to meet every week for the period we have discussed. If you want to work open-ended, then we will review our progress periodically.
