Please note: I am currently at full capacity and I am not taking on new clients until July 2025.
Welcome to my website. I offer private therapy and counselling to individuals seeking healing, personal growth, and emotional well-being. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in creating a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
I have several years of experience working with clients, hold a Master's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
Appointments are available in person in Kings Norton, South Birmingham, or online for those who prefer the flexibility and convenience of remote sessions.
Whether you're navigating life transitions, feeling stuck, battling with your past, or embarking on a journey of personal growth and self-exploration, therapy provides a confidential and supportive environment for transformation.
Therapy offers a safe space for individuals grappling with a diverse array of difficulties. This may include depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship issues, grief, low self-esteem, family conflicts, workplace challenges, identity struggles, and issues related to neurodiversity, such as autism and ADHD.
Are you ready to embark on a journey towards healing and growth? Reach out today to schedule a free, confidential consultation and discover how therapy can help you.
My South Birmingham location is based within Kings Norton. I offer appointments from here on Tuesdays and Fridays.
I am also available for online therapy sessions throughout the week.
Session fees are £50 per session.
All sessions are 50 minutes.
I currently have no availability to take on new clients. I will be taking on new clients from July 2025.
If you feel I might be the right therapist for you, then please contact me via email or phone to arrange a free, no-obligation, 15-minute introductory call.
Our 15-minute call will allow you to ask any questions you have and let me find out about you. We can book in the initial session if you are comfortable to do so.
Our initial session will delve into your therapeutic goals in detail. We will both better understand what issues you are facing and how I can be of service to you, and I will confirm if I am best placed to help you.
If you are happy to proceed then we will continue to meet every week for the period we have discussed. If you want to work open-ended, then we will review our progress periodically.
You can get in touch via the below contact details.
