I offer private therapy and counselling to individuals who are looking to heal and grow. Mental health has always been my passion, and I am truly grateful to be able to offer my services to individuals looking for positive change in their lives.
I approach therapy with a warm and supportive presence, offering a safe space for exploration and growth. I adopt a relational approach to therapy, emphasising the significance of relationships to self and others. At the heart of my practice lies the therapeutic relationship, which I consider essential for positive change.
Mental health has been a constant thread woven throughout my life, and I have developed a wide range of knowledge and skills that I can use to assist individuals in their transformative journeys. My formal psychotherapy training encompasses over four years of dedicated study, including advanced studies at Master's level.
I offer appointments in person from both central Birmingham and South Birmingham. I also meet with clients online for those who find online sessions to be more convenient.
Whether you're navigating life transitions, feeling stuck, coping with trauma, or embarking on a journey of personal growth and self-exploration, therapy provides a confidential and supportive environment for transformation.
Therapy offers a safe space for individuals grappling with a diverse array of difficulties. This may include depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, low self-esteem, family conflicts, workplace challenges, identity struggles, and issues related to neurodiversity, such as autism and ADHD.
Additionally, therapy is a powerful resource for those facing relationship struggles of any kind. This may include issues such as attachment, anger, betrayal, communication barriers, estrangement, issues of trust, or conflicts.

If you feel I might be the right therapist for you, then please contact me via email or phone to arrange a free, no-obligation, 15-minute introductory call.
Our 15-minute call will allow you to ask any questions you have and let me find out about you. We can book in the initial session if you are comfortable to do so.
Our initial session will delve into your therapeutic goals in detail. We will both better understand what issues you are facing and how I can be of service to you, and I will confirm if I am best placed to help you.
If you are happy to proceed then we will continue to meet every week for the period we have discussed. If you want to work open-ended, then we will review our progress periodically.
